Coconut Bircher


Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

- 1/4 cup toasted pecans

- 1/4 cup toasted coconut

- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

- Cinnamon to taste

- Honey to taste

- Enough coconut milk to cover and let it expand overnight

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, toasted pecans, toasted coconut, and dried cranberries.

2. Add cinnamon and honey to taste, adjusting the sweetness according to your preference.

3. Mix the dry ingredients, cinnamon, and honey well.

4. Pour enough coconut milk over the mixture to cover it completely.

5. Stir the ingredients to ensure an even distribution of the milk.

6. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight to allow the mixture to expand and absorb the flavors.

7. In the morning, give it a good stir and adjust the consistency with more coconut milk if needed.

8. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Coconut Bircher with the added sweetness of honey!
